Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is due when services are rendered. Payments may be made by cash, check or certified instrument. Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable. DPC may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving Customer notice in advance.

DPC requires a valid Tennessee Driver’s License with every check. Returned checks will be assessed a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) return fee.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE AND SERVICE
DPC may change the terms and conditions of the Service at any time, with or without notice to Customer. DPC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Customer. DPC shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should DPC exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer’s use of the Service constitutes an affirmative agreement by Customer to abide and be bound by these Service Terms and its modifications.
It is DPC’s policy to respect the privacy of its Customers. Any information residing on Customer’s computer/device is the sole business of Customer. No information or data shall be shared with any person(s) or business(es), besides DPC technicians as needed for completion of services, without the explicit permission of Customer, except by court order.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK-UP DATA
Customer agrees that prior to DPC servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer’s responsibility to (1) back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer’s computer disk drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera and/or on any other electronic storage device; and (2) remove all videotapes, compact disks, floppy disks, laser disks, cassettes, DVDs, film or other media from Customer’s product. Unless prior arrangements are made, any item left for repair that is not picked up and paid for within 30 days of completion of said repair will be considered as abandoned and will become the property of DPC, Incorporated. The abandonment of item(s) does not relieve Customer from the amounts due. DPC reserves the right to pursue collections and by failing to respond, Customer agrees to be liable for any and all costs incurred in such collections. Prior to any further transactions with DPC, Customer will be required to remit in full on any previous amounts due plus provide pre-payment for any further services.
