DPC opens Memphis office
Memphis Business Journal
Paris, Tenn.-based DPC, Inc., has opened an office in Memphis at 5865 Ridgeway Center Parkway.
DPC is a high technology IBM Business Partner firm.
President and owner Bo Caldwell says the expansion into
Memphis makes good business sense as the company seeks to expand its offerings
across different computer platforms and increase its client base.
"With computer systems talent inherent to Memphis, and with Memphis doing
more to attract talented technology professionals, the expansion will be
good for DPC and Memphis," Caldwell says.
DPC is an international business systems software and services firm.
It has provided financial, inventory, order entry, preventive maintenance,
materials management, payroll and other critical packaged and custom systems
to private industry and governmental institutions since 1978.
A portion of DPC's software is based around their large AS400 client base,
but the Memphis operation is currently staffed with NT, UNIX, and Web experienced personnel.
DPC also has clients who rely exclusively on DPC's network and communication
staff to provide complete network support services.
